This page explains how products reach you: who delivers them, how long it takes, what it costs and what to do if something is not right.
1. Order preparation
Orders are prepared in the order they arrive, on working days. Once the parcel leaves, you receive a dispatch confirmation by email together with the tracking number.
2. Shipping cost
Product prices in the shop are shown excluding shipping. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout according to the weight and volume of the parcel and the courier chosen, and is shown separately before you confirm payment.
3. Delivery
Delivery is made by courier to the address given in the order. The courier attempts delivery within the time slot communicated; if you are not available, they will contact you to reschedule.
Parcels containing liquid products are packed with protective material. Pigments do not require refrigerated transport.
4. Checking the parcel
Check that the parcel is intact in the courier's presence, before signing for it. If the packaging shows signs of impact or leakage, ask for a damage report to be drawn up and notify us within 24 hours, with photographs.
5. Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a third party you designate, take physical possession of the products.
6. Incomplete or incorrect orders
If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, or something is missing from the parcel, let us know through the contact form with the order number and photographs. We fix it at our expense: we send the correct product or refund its value.
7. Returns
Return conditions, the exceptions for sealed products and refund times are in the returns policy.
